The devastating effect on lives and livelihoods is all the reason we need to address this issue with the level of urgency it deserves. The re-engineering of our drainage, de-silting of existing drains, the proper management of solid waste, adherence to building regulations, enforcement of our laws…government, individual and collective responsibility.
