Today, we held the final one-on-one screening to select the top 100 applicants for the #ItIsPossibleProject – an Agric Capacity Building Roadshow and training programme we launched about a month ago. As mentioned earlier, the #ItIsPossibleProject aims to build the capacity of the youth, women and the physically challenged in mushroom growing, rabbit and snail rearing across various districts and regions. Our goal is to equip them with the requisite skills and knowledge to succeed in agribusiness. At the end of the training, the participants will be set up with mushroom, rabbit and snail starter-packs, and they will continue to receive mentorship to ensure their success.
