One of the important tenets of leadership is accountability; the reason why I organise periodic townhall meetings to update my constituents on the mandate they have given me to serve them. These meetings also afford my constituents the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification about developments within constituency, and to bring to my attention pressing issues within their localities. Such events do not only help to build bridges between leadership and constituents, but also create a perfect synergy for development. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincerest gratitude to the Honourable Minister for Works and Housing, Mr. Atta Akyea for honouring our invitation to the latest in the series of townhall meetings held last Friday and Saturday. My heartfelt appreciation also goes to the Adabraka Mantse, the Korle Klottey Municipal Assembly, the Police Service, Fire Service, the Electoral Commission, Ghana Education Service, and all who contributed in various ways in making the townhall meetings successful. #TogetherWeBuild
