Challenges and Opportunities that Women Face Breaking Barriers in their Respective Fields
The Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Presidential Center for Women and Development, in collaboration with the University of Ghana, held a panel discussion on challenges and opportunities that women face breaking barriers in their respective fields. Under the patronage of H.E. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Former and First Female President of Liberia, who hosted the discussion, I joined Amujae Leaders Yawa Hansen-Quao and Grace Ayensu in sharing my personal experience as a female Member of Parliament in Ghana. Great ideas were discussed and enlightening questions were asked by the audience!
My week has indeed ended with an uplifting and compelling engagement.
